Now in a handy 2 oz. jar! Matte Gel Medium can be used as a base for mixing colors � when dry it will add a translucent matte finish. Use it as an adhesive when collaging and decoupaging.  This is water-based, so it cleans with water.  Be sure to seal your project if using on furniture or on outdoor objects.
