Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return, Exchange & Order Cancellation Policy
All requests for a return or exchange of products must be done within 36 hours of purchase and must be accompanied with the original receipt. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange special order items, pre-order items, class fees or Kits and "Last Chance" clearance items.
If your order has been placed online, please contact the store via email an exchange or store credit will be issued once items have been received and inspected. When returning an item from online, customer is responsible for the shipping costs, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation:
We understand that you may change your mind... A request to cancel your order may be made within 36 hours of the original order date, however, please note that a refund will be issued with a cancelation fee added of no more than 5% of the order total. Due to the rising costs of fees to process each transaction, included refunds, we can no longer burden these fees.

Shipping
We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, most days we ship the same day. However, Please be understanding that sometimes the shipping window might be a little longer due to large volumes of orders.

Due to being a single person run small business, please also note that when the store is closed for an event, orders will not be shipping during that time frame and will resume shipping on the first business day the following week.

We are a small business that includes running a brick & mortar store front, so please note that all orders are processed in the order that they were placed. Please allow for processing and shipping times when placing your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Thank you for understanding that as a small business certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, All custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. ​Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
