Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

All requests for a return or exchange of products must be done within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied with the original receipt. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange special order items, pre-order items, class fees or Kits and "Last Chance" clearance items.

 

If your order has been placed online, please contact the store via email an exchange or store credit will be issued once items have been received and inspected. When returning an item from online, customer is responsible for the shipping costs and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Shipping

We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, most days we ship the same day. However, Please be understanding that sometimes the shipping window might be a little longer due to large volumes of orders.

Due to being a single person run small business, please also note that when the store is closed for an event, orders will not be shipping during that time frame and will resume shipping on the first business day the following week.

We are a small business that includes running a brick & mortar store front, so please note that all orders are processed in the order that they were placed. Please allow for processing and shipping times when placing your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We are happy to provide instore refunds once the return has been inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your understanding.
